Please understand that it is extremely challenging to find a time that fits everyone's schedule, priority is given to executives to conduct each meeting. To maximize participation, meetings are held in person and virtually via google meet.

Agenda:
1. Approve September meeting minutes
2. Old business:
(a) remaining two vacant executive positions: DPAC rerepresentative and fundraising coordinator
(b) you don't need to be in executives to be part of PAC because you are all already in it. The executives simply run the committee. each member is important!
(c) September meeting approved constitution and bylaws, but didnt sign, reminder to sign and give to school.
3. PAC financial report: currently $0, but each meeting will have a financial report section.
4. New business:
(a) question from parents: Can PAC deal directly with vendors to set up a lunch? Eg, pizza lunch from FreshSlice.
Briteminds and Fantuan do not have annual fees but restrict the food offers, PAC cannot choose the vendors. as PAC has more funding, can explore other options that have fees (eg. munchalunch has annual fee and credit card payment fee) but can choose our own vendors next year.
One-off events can be considered, dependent on family commitment to purchase food, pick up food (delivery has a cost), volunteer time to sell food, and clean up.
If there is enough traction, PAC can make it happen as a group.
